🤧 1. Cold & Cough

Remedies:

  • 🍯 1 tsp honey (⚠️ only for children above 1 year)

  • 🌿 Tulsi (holy basil) water

  • 🫖 Warm ginger water (very mild)

  • 💨 Steam inhalation (with adult supervision)

  • 🥣 Warm soup


🌡 2. Mild Fever

Remedies:

  • 💧 Plenty of fluids (water, coconut water)

  • 🧴 Lukewarm sponge bath

  • 🥣 Light food (khichdi, soup)

  • 😴 Proper rest

⚠️ If fever is high or lasts more than 2 days, see a doctor.


🤕 3. Stomach Pain / Indigestion

Remedies:

  • 🌿 A pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) with warm water

  • 🍌 Banana

  • 🥛 Buttermilk

  • 💧 Warm water


🍽 4. Low Appetite
